Yes, a therapist and psychologist are very similar. I'm sorry to hear it's taking so long for you to get an appointment.
I've heard of several people having problems with those energy drinks. I really wish they would take them off the market.
Sometimes when you have a panic attack it can become a vicious cycle. You've had one, it scared you and now you're scared you may have another one. That can actually bring others on, the worry.
Try to hang in there, okay. Hopefully you'll get that appointment very soon.
We're always here to listen and help if we can.
Is a therapist and phycologist? Coz ive finally got an appointment after such a long wait, hopefully this person is a good one, cant believe how long it takes! And thats the only way I can get anti-anxiety tablets or anti- depressants, just wanna get rid of this forever!!
I definatley think you should be seen. Do you take anything or see a therapist. These both or single handedly can do wonders. I would give it a go!!!
Ive been waiting for someone to contact me back but its been a while, the only thing that brang my anxiety on was too much caffiene from an energy drink on a hot day, I havent had any problems, but I have also got bad health anxiety, so whatever happens I think the worst and I cant help it, my family are very supportive but all they say is its just anxiety so it scares me that if somerhing actually went wrong with my health they would think its anxiety, its been getting worse even if I dont think about it its like it is permanently with me, I dunno what to do, makesme think I might aswel give way if this is what I feel like all the time
Are you in therapy for your anxiety? If not, I would recommend doing so. Do you remember what may have brought on your anxiety? Are you having problems with school, family or friends? Are you able to talk to your parents about what's going on? Sorry about all the questions but the more we know the better we can help you.
