Glad to see you posting again.
Many times, it takes a bit of trial and error to find the "right" therapist or the "right" medication regimen. The key is to keep trying. What you're doing now is not working, and if anything, the things you're doing are likely exacerbating your anxiety (the trips to the ER, the doc visits, etc).
Make an appt with your doctor, discuss your history and ask for him/her to recommend another therapist, preferably one with experience with CBT, or cognitive behavioral therapy. You need a therapist who will help you learn how to change the way you think.
Trying to do this yourself isn't the answer. There ARE plenty of ways you can help yourself, but usually you need the guidance of a professional to learn coping techniques to master. In the very least, you should start by picking up a couple of self help books, and start putting into ACTION the exercises that are recommended.
I'll post a link to a resource list I've comprised. There are many many books to choose from. Browse through it, and pick two you think you would benefit from.
I try to deal with it and get help for it but I feel like none of that works. I use to see a therapist but then I had anxiety attacks by just going to see him so I just trying to fight it without medication and other things
I agree that starting multiple threads gets confusing. It is easier to follow along if you just add to your preexisting thread about the same topic. Like Birdie said, I've asked you some questions on your other thread too, which you haven't answered. You often start new threads, and many of us try to engage you in a discussion by asking relevant questions, yet you seldom return to that thread to finish the discussion, but rather you just start a new thread the next time you're having a panic attack. We cannot effectively help you in that manner.
You need to start addressing your anxiety. You cannot keep running to the ER and the doctor every time you have a panic attack. For one, it gets to the point where if you ever DO have a real medical emergency, you won't be taken as seriously, and you could be dismissed as having more anxiety. Two, continuing to run to the ER or doc every time you feel anxious will only reinforce the anxiety for you.
You must start taking some incentive to start addressing this with a professional, or you will stay stuck in the same cycle.
Can you post the above on the old thread that I refer to? Here it is and I should have posted it before.

It is easier for all especially new readers, to keep track of what he is doing on one thread instead of starting a new one every day. Nursegirl gave him some questions which he has not answered so creating new threads doesn't help.
What happened at the ER? did they run any tests? Anxiety attacks won't always be the same. Sometimes they can be a lot worse which seems that is what may have happened last night.
I posted your above update to the thread you made last night, so people don't have to use this one. It is hard to keep track of what is going on if you keep making new threads instead of sticking to the old one.
