If you don't answer nursegirl's questions and just keep creating new threads you are just using MedHelp for a personal daily blog instead of working on resolving the anxiety.

You still haven't answered mele's and nursegirl's question above.

Below is what you just posted on a new thread. I copied it so it is all on one thread and people responding can see what has happened over time, so it would be helpful if you just stick to this thread instead of making new ones all the time.
"So last night I posted on here about how I was really sick and felt anxiety bad well I Ended up going to the ER they gave me a shot to help out with nausea.  It felt different then other anxiety attacks a I thought it was something else.  Now I guess km just afraid that something else is wrong. I usually do pretty good at fighting my anxiety attacks so last night was different cuz I couldn't beat it like usually could"

I agree with mele completely.  I asked you on your last thread what you're doing to address the anxiety?  You need to do something, it's not going to just go away on it's own.  And while we can give you all the reassurance in the world that you're experiencing anxiety and panic, and that you will be just fine, it's not enough.  You need to start being proactive, get yourself some help and start working on your anxiety.  There are lots of things you can do.  The last thing you want to do is to sit around and ruminate about how you feel and over think everything.  That's just like adding gasoline to a fire.

Hang in there.

I think your anxiety is just making you vulnerable to hyper-focus on your physical symptoms.  Remember - deep, slow, into-belly breathing.  After you exhale, hold the exhale for a few seconds before breathing in again.

Self-talk.  Tell yourself it's ok.  "I'm okay.  I know my (stomach, breathing, etc.) is bothering me right now, but it's because of my anxiety.  It's just anxiety.  It *****, but it isn't going to hurt me."  I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but don't fight the anxiety - confront it.

What's the latest on seeing your therapist or reaching out for other resources?  I really think you need some additional help to help you manage this anxiety.
