Sharp pains and discomfort feeling by the heart help pleasee
Guys i just wanna to know if im okay 3 months ago i had echocardiogram and a stress test everything was fine inless my doctor wouldnt have let me leave lol...i been having sharp pains and discomfort feeling by my heart area is that okay? Is the anxiety or panic attacks causing this i mean i ruled out everything 3 months ago? Please someone help me i need help with this!! Im a single dad that lives alone and im freaking out...

Your BP was still high at the Drs even though you're on meds for it? They may have to increase your dose or try you on another one.
The muscle pain could be more on the outside. If you had chest wall muscle pain that would feel deep though.

Treadmill stress test..but will those test pick up anything if it was 3 months ago? An i went yesterday to see the cardio i told about the pains and he did a ecg or ekg i dont which one and he didnt say anything about the test or heart he was more worried becuz my blood pressure was high so i mean if there was something wrong with my heart he would have told me..but im just worried becuz i did the stress test and echo 3 months ago and i still have this pain how can i know if its a muscle pain? Ughhh its very scary
It might be muscle pain. Is the pain deep inside or more on the outside? Does the pain only happen when you're feeling very anxious or having a panic attack? Do certain foods make the pain worse?
Like Nursegirl said, you're having anxiety symptoms. But, it's best to get things checked out when you have any kind of pain. You've had an echo and stress test. Was it a walking stress test or a medically induced one?

My doctor gave me celexa 20 mg im taking and im doing cbt therapy tm he also put me on high blood pressure meds so im taking both..so the sharp pains by my heart and discomfort feeling is all from anxiety? Plus i do physicaly work so i was thinking maybe it could be a muscle tension or something that happens and makes me panic i dunno im so scared :(
