Sinuses or something more?

I'm 22 male, active and have real high Bp (i guess heriditary) but  I'm hoping to get this under control soon with my meds(hydrochloric thiazides, amlodipine) but this started before treatment ...  I've had pressure above my nose for over a month now and a weird feeling in the back of my head (spaced out/dizzy kinda feeling) its stronger sometimes then others but is constantly around I recently had a brain/head ct scan and they said all was normal...when I play basketball my right ear will stop up an in stop its really annoying doc said my nasal was swollen but nothing about my ears...so I know its not wax. I took antibiotics for 2 weeks + and used a nasal spray with a steroid in it called Flonase....(sometimes temporary nasal relief with Flonase but it comes right back...any suggestions I've tryed hot showers, drinking plenty of water..the pressure has let up some on my nose but hasn't improved anymore same with my head.

Since you're only 22, my own advice is to tackle both the BP and the nasal problems naturally.  There are good natural remedies that, combined with changes in diet and exercise, work very well with high BP and don't require you to use medication particularly at such a young age.  The natural approach will actually try to solve your problem instead of tamp down the symptoms, causing other problems.  Heredity only suggests a predisposition, but doesn't predict anything for a given individual.  As for the nose, antibiotics kill off your beneficial flora that keeps sinus infections from occurring in the first place, so when you take one it's very likely to come back if you don't take a good refrigerated probiotic from a good health food store.  Medical practice today even recognizes this and discourages routine use of antibiotics for ear and sinus infections, as they tend to go away on their own.  You also may have dietary allergies -- the most common are dairy and wheat, so try cutting them out of your diet and see if the problem resolves.  In the meantime, find a good naturopath or practitioner of integrated medicine and go to work on this in a way that might resolve it.  Good luck.
