Caffeine and Anxiety

I am a huge Pepsi drinker. I go through a 2 liter bottle in about two days.
I also have anxiety.
Has anyone found success in reducing their anxiety by cutting out caffeine?
Could you feel the difference?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot everyone.
I hate the no caffeine headaches!! I don't drink coffee, or even alcohol for that matter.
I love iced tea, like Arizona or Snapple, but again I am faced with the sugar/caffeine thing. I

I am going to give it a shot. I don't need to fuel the anxiety fire!!!

I have been told that it sheds the pounds as well, which is always nice:)

My anxiety attacks indeed were worse when I drank caffeine!  I remember one day I was like.. OMG, this anxiety attack feels a bit stronger than most and my heart rate more elevated...then I remembered that I drank a huge thing of Sweet Tea earlier that day. Teas and coffees have lots of caffeine.
I also drank 2-4 cans of coke zero everyday....(I miss it sooo much)!!!   However, I haven't had caffeined drinks for 3-4weeks now..and I can tell a difference quite a bit!!  It is very hard for me not to have my cola or my tea...it was my pick me up.  I am just trying to work through it.  Also, sudden stop of caffiene causes headaches. :(
I am sure I will drink them again sometime... but I wanted to see if it would make a difference and it did!!  So if I do have them.. I just won't drink AS much.. and make sure its on a day that I am not feeling anxious.
Good Luck to ya!   Everyone is different, all you can do is..try it and see. :)

I've just cut back my coffee intake and I haven't noticed any change.
