Some Virus or Anxiety

Ok I have disclosed on a previous account I was in fear of an STD. However, now i'm not sure at all what's happening.
Well, it started when me and my girlfriend engaged in oral sex (mutual). Well I had found a blister and it has gone away now. I noticed flu like symptoms along with it and while all my test came back clean hers came back positive for chlamydia only. Well we both got our medication for it anyways. Prior to this I had been on antibiotics to kill what the docs said could be a "sinus infection". Well, the antibiotics definitely helped, but I have had extreme anxiety over thinking it could be an STD for a good month and a half.
So my gf recently got tested for everything again and her results came back flawless. However I still notice I have muscle aches on and off headaches and i've had somewhat of an irritated throat since our encounter. I'm not really sure where to go from here. I trust my gf last had sex in Feb/March and all her results are conclusive, but why is my throat still irritated and could these muscle aches and symptoms be the result of long term anxiety? Or is there something wrong? I could have sworn it was herpes but my viral culture came back negative and my gfs test results did also. I'm not really sure what's wrong with me.

Oh yeah and i completely forgot, I've had an extreme case of nausea and although i feel nauseous i haven't thrown up. it feels like the food i eat comes up to my throat and goes back down. Could anxiety have triggered acid reflux?
