Help me!!

Hello. Im 15 yo and i have tremors and heart palpitations all over my body every day especially when i lay down to sleep. I have anxiety and im a hypochondriac too. Lately i have been very stressed about my health condition i've taken blood test and everything turned out good but those two things (tremors and palpitations) started showing. I dont know what to do. Is there a way to stop them and is my anxiety causing them?

Yes most likely,,your anxiety is causing them and there are many ways to stop them. I used to get the palpitations alot especially at night when i laid down. I swore once i told my husband to call an ambulance, he just said "you're fine" and that seemed to help,,,the fact that he wasnt concerned stopped it. I dont get them anymore except once in a blue moon --too much sugar does it to me. Watch what you eat and drink...Caffeine can also trigger them,,,soda etc. When i get them i just do some deep breathing and tell myself its okay, then they stop. Medications also may help some people. You should talk to your parents about it.just remember you are okay..

thank you so much
Crybaby, I know the feeling as it started at a very young age myself. I suffered severe anxiety and depression with no answers from doctors for about 5 years before i was put on Paxil. It worked for almost 20 years with no issues whatsoever. Now at almost 40 years old I am starting all over again. It's a process of trying to find a new medicine that will work.  Once you find the right doctor, he will get you on the right path and you will be fine.  Just takes time.  Hang in there!
