Just checked the website. It contains false information right off the bat, referring inaccurately to how neurotransmitters are involved. The ingredients, if that's what's actually in there, aren't bad for you except possibly B6 if you're already getting too much of it. Ashwagandha, an adaptogen that balances the adrenals, is the main ingredient, and it can be very helpful, but overall this formula isn't the best and certainly doesn't contain the most potent natural anti-anxiety remedies. It probably won't hurt you, but it's unlikely to be the fix. You'd be better off with a more integrated natural approach tending to more of the systems involved in anxiety than just this product. And because of the way it's marketed, I wouldn't use it, and there's nothing at all new in it except using fenugreek for anxiety -- it's not traditionally used for that.
