It's better to be safe than sorry and I know your pharmacist won't mind the question. They went to school a long time to become Doctors of Pharmacology and I've never met one who doesn't appreciate sharing his/her knowledge.

I talked to my pharmacist and he said it was ok to take vitamins with the paxal. I am now on citalopram so I will have to ask him again.
If you are taking a calcium supplement you should also have your D3 levels measured. You should probably be on a D3 supplement. There are no contraindications to taking the medications listed together. Synthroid has an interesting history. It is a "brand name" and the composition of the product has changed several times since it's introduction. The B12 supplement should be sublingual with folic acid.
With all the current hype about vitamins and mineral supplements in the news these days, I would definitely ask my doctor or pharmacist if it's OK. We cannot tell you to take or stop ANYTHING. Only a professional can give you those answers.
