Anxious about meds

I have been on Lamictal 200mg daily for quite some time.  In the last year I have forgotten to take the medication.  I have gone as long as 3 days without, and then, wow. what a change.  My question is:  I was running low, unable to get in to get another script.  I went 3 days without, found some 150 mgs took those for a good week (waiting for appt). Notice some respiratory changes, and the feeling of a knot in my throat.  I was able to get the script for 200 mgs. While getting them filled, I missed 3 days of the 150 mgs.  Should I stop taking the lamictal and tell my doctor or should I start back with the 200 mg that I have now?

Without a doubt, talk to your doctor. We cannot tell you to start, stop or change a medication or a dosage.
