Unknown disease..

Hi guys. I'm asking this question on behalf of a good friend and i'm sorry if his illness isn't totally related to this topic. I just created an account and am still a little unsure of this site. >.> Lol, excuses.

He is 15 years old, and has had this unknown illness for TWO years.

Symptoms:
-Overheating, seems like a fever but he doesn't run a temperature.
-Sweat a lot.
-They are similar to heat flashes.
-Extremely bad head pressure which in turn causes him to be unable to open his eyes.
-Pain accompanies the pressure.. According to his description of it, the pressure is so bad that it causes pain. The pain is like"rocks being jabbed".
-Migraines which cause him to lose his vision ALL THE TIME. Migraine isn't there 24/7 but his head hurts all the time.
-Purple stretchmarks. (The situation becomes aggravated and turns red RANDOMLY and vice versa)
-They are on his stomach, hips, neck, arms, legs.
-Haven't gained or lost any weight.
-Loss of cognitive and critical thinking.
-Not being able to see as well.
-ANXIETY.
-Stressed out constantly.
-Bloated constantly. (stopped at 210 lbs)
-Becomes winded easily. Insufficient air after running a mere 2 feet or lifting something up.
-Restrictive breathing.
-Severe depression. (suicidal at times) (anti-depressants don't make him feel better)
-Irritability.

Those symptoms get worse RANDOMLY. All of the above are 24/7 unless said otherwise.

He had a surgery a few months ago, to remove an abnormal tissue. However, it wasn't a tumour. They actually suspected it was and thus causing his cushing disease. Now.. they know that it isn't even cushing's syndrome. The doctors have no inkling what the illness is and told him to visit them again a few months after. Those words have been tossed at him repeatedly for the last 2 years...

Do you guys have any idea what he may have or who he can seek help from? Or maybe.. a more suitable place where I can ask this question at?  He has visited UCLA already, supposedly the best hospital in America, since every other hospital has directed him to it.

Help is really really appreciated.

Sorry I didn't read the last part of your post. It could possibly be an adrenal adenoma or a pituitary lesion. I hope they get it figured out, I wish your friend a quick and full recovery.
