Weight loss from Cymbalta?

I was put on Cymbalta 30mg for a week then upgraded to 60mg after that about 3 weeks ago for my extream anxiety and depression. I have drop at least 10+ lbs due to not having a normal appetite. I'm a bit over weight so it's definitely making me feel better that I've lost the weight. I'm just worried that it isn't healthy at all. Is this a normal effect of Cymbalta? Should I be worried? Should I contact my doctor?

Cymbalta is one of the more stimulating antidepressants so it's not surprising that you've lost weight. If you continue to lose weight at this rate though it would be a good idea to talk to your Dr.
