Confusion :(, under/over reactive thyroid?

Hiya guys, this is a great community and i'm posting again knowing i can get some great feedback you've been a big help!

I've got a question covering a few things, recently have felt mildly better thanks to just finishing a 5 week course of therapy.

I've had some disturbances over the last few days, and i'm honestly stuck in a circle in my head of what i need to do to get things sorted out.

This is what's been occuring-

-Waking up feeling disorientated,fuzzy and snow vison with dizzy and spaced out sensations

-Consistent headaches from mild tension to full blown migraine, both sides of my temples and head, the migraine has ALWAYS been situated on my right, i have experienced migraines and headaches since my teens, so...at least 8 years.

-Sparkles and quick flashes of bright blue spots on my eyes

-Terrible insomnia, i'll go to bed at a reasonable time but wont sleep until 4am or even later to 6am

-Neck pain and some areas near my collar bone on the right feel swollen and bumpy hence the title to this question, is that my thyroid playing up???

-Weak legs and arms with light trembling, my right arm feels like i'm holding a bunch of weights

-Feeling exhausted,drained and fatigued, and yawning alot

-Hot flushes and sudden ear pressure,feels like my ear just blocked and then unblocked, i had both my ears cleared not too long ago

-moments of going blank or dissapearing into a daydream

-Vivid nightmares and surreal dreams every night

So thats just the jist of it all, i'm going to my doctor soon, but, i dont really need know what sort of tests to ask for and get assesed for, no GP has really ever explained or sent me off for anything further. i've avoided google searching for symptoms as it just creates more worry, its the worst thing to do when you suffer anxiety.

Any thoughts?, i love help from this community by its sheer support and members :)
