I have these strange sensations in my head also but they are more like pulsating sensations.  They come and go whenever; it could be every ten seconds or it could be minutes or hours apart, and the feeling goes all the way from the front to the side and to the back at different times.  It really scares me because I'm not sure what is wrong with  me! It feels like someone is tapping the inside of me head or at times a slight pressure.  Other times it feels like a rush type feeling.  It's very hard to explain!!! Either way, I feel like I am losing my mind or dying.. I have really bad anxiety and panic disorder but lately these fellings in my head have gotten way worse just when  I though my anxiety was getting better?! I'm so confused and very nervous!!

Have any of you ever been tested for Lyme disease by someone who is Lyme literate!????  I have been having health issues for the past 8 years starting with feeling ill and exhausted for months.  I was only 24 at the time and had to nap every day during work and was used to working out during lunch!  I started having anxiety attacks, chest pain etc etc.  Doctors started me on allergy meds and anti-depressant/anxiety meds.  I hated the fact that I had to take that but I couldn't deal with it on my own.  Started to feel better for a few years then anxiety/panic attacks came back.  After having a child I started getting this weird feeling that everything around me was moving.  It would only last a few seconds.  Over the past 6 or 8 months the vertigo started happening more frequently and lasting longer.  I've gotten the head sensations.  I would feel super jittery sometimes but it was internal.  I would feel numbness/tingling on my face/forehead.  I get adrenaline rushes that last extended amounts of time.  I get super light headed a lot and feel head pressure.  Anyway long story short I went to doctor after doctor because all they ever wanted to do was prescribe some anti-depressant or anxiety meds.  I KNEW there was some underlying cause.  Well I went to a Naturopathic doctor a few months ago and was diagnosed with Lyme disease.  There are SO many different symptoms that Lyme can cause and mimic other diseases.  I highly suggest going to www.igenex.com and asking for a kit to send blood work to them.  They specialize in testing for Lyme which A LOT of doctors know nothing about.

Thank you Norrock!!! Finally someone who had described exactly what I've been feeling! I have episodes where everything starts to look fake. Up until now I've just described it as being lightheaded because I didn't know how else to describe it. I also get the tightness in my head, wacky heartbeats and feeling of impending doom. I just want to feel normal again!!!!
