You don't say whether you feel anxious or not, or whether you get anxiety attacks at times of known stress. Because it would be odd to get random anxiety attacks when you're not doing anything you're anxious about if you don't otherwise suffer from a chronic anxiety disorder. I always say, anxious people feel anxious, which is what sets off the anxiety attack.
I use to have panic attacks like that.. I figured out that it is also what u eat or drink. Food is a trigger. If u reduce your soda, caffeine, sugar, salt, and candy intake. You will start to reduce some of your anxiety. Take walks in the evening and if you can in the morning too, to help reduce some of ur anxiety. And slow deep breathing helps too.. practice slow deep breathing when ur not anxious so when u have a panic attack u start slow deep breathing and know that it's just a panic attack and it can't hurt u. Took me years to know that. U got this.. kick it in the butt. I hope that helps.
Hi there sounds like full blown panic attacks, unfortunately with anxiety or panic it can e quite unpredictable and come at the most random times. I sometimes get these attacks just sitting at home watching a movie. Try to relax and calm yourself down, maybe have a bubble bath or cuddle on the couch with a hot cup of tea and a blanket. Just remind yourself that you will be ok, it's just anxiety and it can't hurt you :)
