I have always had times where my blood sugar gets too low. I get weak and shaky and eat 2 slices of cheese or a glass of milk and then I am fine. However, the last 6 months if I eat any food that has more than 7 grams of sugar in it (such as a bowl of cereal or a granola bar) its like my body freaks out. I get dizzy and have to stay in a chair and sit still, and I have muscle twitching and a very very fast hearbeat. I take a meclizine and after a few hours its gone. During this time, my body produces a lot of urine, also. I have been to the dr. and been tested for diabetes and its not. I cannot live like this. I already have a sensitivity to chocolate, caffeine and peanut butter so I have always stayed away from them. What can I do?
