Anxiety is defiantly a burden on my life! I constantly think about it and it effects me every single day! Mostly at night, it's a vicious circle for me, if I can't sleep and have had a restless night I will suffer from servier  panic anxiety all day, I will feel very out of control, restless, numb, tense, I get choking sensations and constantly feel like I've lost all control in my body and I'm going to pass out! When it comes to sleeping again I get bad anxiety because my body as been worked up so much through the day that I can no longer rest and when I do start to fall to sleep I awake in a sudden panic! It effects me when I smoke, when I've not slept, when I've eaten too much, when I'm just a little tired, when I'm stressed, when I'm upset ect ect the list goes on! But I know that I simply have to deal with it because it's not going to go away.

Depends on how you mean. I get this thing where if I wake up shortly after falling asleep, I wake up feeling like my body is almost numb, and I'm shaking really bad as if I were somehow hyperventilating in my sleep. Scares the hell out of me but I'm sort of used to it by now. Is this similar to what you're talking about? Also, has anyone else experienced this?

Wow, reading the symptoms from you guys is so much more relieving to me than reading the "typical" anxiety symptoms anywhere else. You never hear about the dizziness, the difficulty swallowing, sharp chest pains... but I have them all. If anyone has any of these symptoms and wants to talk, feel free to message me. I'm looking for someone who has these symptoms to talk to because, like I said, half of the symptoms aren't on any website and a person can really feel like they're losing it  (me).
My least favorite symptom: it's difficult to say. With panic, it's probably the array of physical symptoms that just add to the panic (numbness, shakiness, dry mouth, etc.) With general constant anxiety, it's probably the detached-from-reality feeling, that or the despair/apathy that comes from long term anxiety. In general/overall, my least favorite is the constant physical symptoms that start to show up after long periods of anxiety, such as swollen throat feeling, dizzy spells, headaches...

The difficulty in swallowing/choking and the feeling of fainting would be the worst for me. But if I can only choose from your given choices I would have to say nausea would be the worst.
