I think you need to speak with your doctor and/or pharmacist (chemist). They should be able to answer these questions. I don't know about the prescribing laws in India, but perhaps your doctor can give you a 4 month supply so you wouldn't have to worry about any pharmacological difference in the two countries. He could also easily find out if there WERE differences in the drugs make-up and also if there would be difficulties getting perscriptions filled from a different country.
