Feeling icky for the past month or so

I don't know if this has anything to do with anxiety. It all started a month ago I went to my friends house to eat supper. that night I started feeling bad and I vomited all of my supper. After that, I was feeling bad for two days, had diharea and then everything came back to normal. When that happened, I was really stressed out about what it could possibly be. Now, some days I feel good, some days I feel bad. My symptoms are fatigue, some kind of nausea feeling but no vomiting, stomach is growling from time to time, sometimes I get headaches and feel dizzy or lightheaded. Usually I feel weird an hour or two after eating and this lasts for maybe an hour or two, then I feel normal again. I saw lately that when I go to the washroom, I sometimes have white stringlike things in my stools. I looked up on the internet what it might be and it all pointed out to be a parasitic infection. This could be it since the day befor yesterday, my neck has swollen up which could mean that my body is fighting off an infection of some sort and now the swelling has gone down. I am so stressed out on what this could be and I am scared to go see the doctor. My sinuses have been congested also for the past week or so. My ''Icky'' feeling like I call it is on and off. I dont have a hard time sleeping at night. But I really feel like it is something wrong with my digestive system. If I have a parasitic infection, how long can it last for? I also have to mention that 3 months ago I broke up with my girlfriend and this really wore me down. I was always stressed out and it was making me anxious (EXTREMELY) . Could I be sick due to anxiety? What about my stomach growling?  If someone can help me with this, it would make me feel a lot better. Thank you.

Well don't I feel stupid I must have accidently missed that part. That normally don't happen. I'm sorry. Anyways yes some of the symptoms may be anxiety related. But having that is something else. I allready told you in my other post you need to have a doctor check you out. I don't know for sure what you have the only way to find out is to see a doctor. Scared or not your parasite problem won't go away on it's own. I'm really sorry I skipped that. But I stand by what I said about seeing a doctor. Try getting someone your close to go with you so it won't be as scary.

Well it's always a possibility that it could be anxiety. Anxiety tends to cause many symptoms including nausa and other things. Also a lot of fear. Like going to your doctor, but unfortantly none of us can really tell you if you have something wrong or if it is anxiety related. I know your afraid to go to the doctors. Maybe you don't trust them or maybe you fear it is something serios or for some reason you are scared to go. But ignoring your symptoms arn't going to make it go away. Maybe you can get someone to go with you so you won't be alone. That's what I have to do when I go to the doctors, but unfortantly you probably should go. Maybe you can be treated. It may not even be something serios and if it is pretending won't make it disapear. Yes it could be anxiety. Maybe it's two things anxiety and something else. If you still feel like you are to afraid to go maybe you could see a phychiatrist and have them help you with your anxiety issues.
