r9c: I never had any health issues a day in my life. all my ecg's are normal except that one short pr that the dr looked at and tossed aside laughing. He said it was a normal varient or it was caused by me moving or taling in the begining and soughtto prove to me that when he took it it would be fine.
He placed the ecg leads on right and I relaxed and stayed perfectly still and what would you know............. PERFECT ecg nothing wrong. they monitored my heart and blood pressure for over an hour which was NORMAL, they didn't pick up any palps, no short pr or anything and funny that I have more then shortness of breath and chest pain...I get ALOT of other anxiety traces like irritability, cant relax, pace, fidgit, bite my nails ect... they come and then it goes so I am convinced there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with me.
so my steps now are to work with myself and rid myself of these panic attacks
then start planing totry for another baby in febuary.
That is great that you are good to go. Now, are you going to go seek counseling for the the anxiety? Lorazepam is good in the short term, but is not usually prescribed long term because it can be addictive and lose its effectiveness over time.
Confronting this in the long term will pay huge divedends in my experience. I am glad you are feeling much better!
Yeah glad to know that, yeap when i had my 1st panic attack, done a lot ECGs,all were fine, but just to make sure everything is ok,the doc sent me for an ECHO,which came out fine too, then i told the DR,i still fear about the chestpain, breathless issued, then he sent me for a stresstest, but before he sent me out,he told me,this is going to confirm that u have any heartproblems or not, after the test the result came out fine, even i stopped at stage 2 of the stresstest because i was so tired.he then check all those printed out ECGs during the stresstest, and no ecg changes were founded.
After a month or so,i again experienced this chestpain, breathless thing,so i went back to the A&E dept and had another ECG,and this time the doctor remember me,he was suprised to see me back again, after all those heart test he sent for me turn out fine,so after taking the ECG on that day,he opened up all my medical file, compared the very 1st ECGs i have done till today, and it was a lot, haha,so many graphpapers, more than 30 plus, haha, thats how much i worried abt the heart.Still he couldnt find any changes there,
All had Normal Sinus Rythm headings, allthough the BPM were higher a bit.
He then sat down with me for half and hour discussing abt ECGs thing.
