Your dosage of abilify will maintain your therapeutic level of the chemical until your next dose, for 24 hours. Taking it at night provides benefits that last throughout the next day.

Hi, well I will say I have personally never heard of ambilify being prescribed to take at night .I was told that ambilify has the potential to effect your sleep pattern and stop you being able to sleep. , I just assumed that as I am prescribed 10mg in the morning , that everybody when prescribed ambilify took their dose in the morning too. . That will make any other answers you have very interesting
As to the life spam of ambilify I'm not an expert by any means but I think it's active life cycle is around 12-15..hours in your system.  I'm certain that  the reason you are taking  ambilify and what benefit you hope to get from taking this  is a more important and key question rather when to it or it life cycle in your system!  a pharmacist or doctor who you may infact be in a better poposition to answer your question 100 % correctly also they are qualified to take all the variables into account and then answer your question correctly.
Take care,  I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
