I am on xanax and pregnant

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been on 1mg of xanax for 13 years now. ANd have been on zoloft for about a year now. I am struggling with how to deal with weening myself off the xanax. I know that I need too,but am afraid to go cold turkey. I have read so many stories on different websites, and I pretty much freak myself out. I am expecting my first child, and am very excited!!! I just have been driving myself crazy becuase i know that quitting cold turkey is not the safest option. I was wondering if any women have taken xanax during there whole pregnancy and how the outcome of the baby was? Please let me know. Im so confused on what to do, I really want to get myself off of these and I think that quitting cold turkey is gonna be very harmful to myself and my baby. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the link, I have an appt the 29th and we will see what he has to say. Im very nervous. I appreciate the link it was helpful, thank u!!! And if u have any more advice im open to it.
