anxiety problem

I had a panic attack a few weeks ago, for the first time.  I thought it was isolated but I had one again three weeks later while driving.  I just started taking medicine, xanax, this week.  Now I have this strange irritation in my penis.  Its hard to explain and not painful.  It feels kind of like I have to urinate.  I can't afford to go back to the doctor.  I take unisom to sleep and sometimes I get this feeling from that.  I recently stopped taking sleeping pills, which I have taken for nine years, and the feeling has been persistent throughout the day.  It is very bothersome.  It is an irritation in the stem of my penis.  When I am active it doesn't bother me.  One more thing I should mention is that I was having sex the other night and the condom was really tight.  After sex I went to pee and had the most horrific burning.  It lasted for a couple hours but went away.  I think the condom cased my penis to swell, and something went wrong.  Will this feeling go away, could it be caused by anxiety, the medication, or the incident that occurred the other night?  Also I have been nervous because I just graduated college and my girlfriend is moving away for a few months, I am moving out, and starting a new job?  Please let me know anything that could help me.

It only burned that one time.  It doesn't burn any more, and I feel that was an isolated incident caused by the condom.  Now I just feel like I have to pee all the time or masturbate to relieve the irritability.

Namaste,
Xanax can cause this type of problem, as do many medications, as for the burning sensation that is not usually a side effect, although if it continues I'd see a doctor.  If you can't afford one, most communities have clinics that are free or on a sliding scale.

well despite the burning part .. it kind of sounds like a penile yeast infection .. this is pretty much a male yeast infection .. google it and find out more info on it
