yup-derealisation...let it just happen--work through it.
like i feel weird , sometimes if feel unreal and like everything aroung me gets quite and my voice seems quiet. and like when im walking outside i feel different like im a robot and i dont be waning to stay outside for a long time.
In my opinion, we can be on 'edge' when we don't even realize it. In my experience, since our bodies and minds are constantly on alert, I believe that we are never truly at a relaxed state when we are experiencing anxiety.
I understand totally--that is the adrenalin rush that occurs. I get them and I hate them and as you are suffering from anxiety you are even more sensitive to these sensations. Remember these symptoms will occur. Think of it this way---if you had a cold you would be coughing and exhibiting signs of having a cold--therefore even when you feel calm etc--anxious feelings can be present--accept that they are there and just continue your activity. The moment you stop and begin to worry they never go away...
The weird feeling which you refer to might be derealisation...I hate that feeling--how do you feel when you say you feel weird?
