I used to, I guess sometimes I still do just not as bad. I would jump out of bed. it's terrible!!
I used to get that a lot and still do at times, my heart will race and my thoughts so crazy. Frustrating to say the least! That is when I grab my IPad, come on this site or play games to distract myself. It really really helps.
so just distracting yourself helps? i usually end up falling right back asleep
sometimes i wonder if its a nightmare or panic attack?
