anxiety
I feel so lucky to have found this web sight,and that I am not dying from a heart attack and it is anxiety.....but I still hate the feeling,it has really put a dint in my life.My question is my doc put me on a beta blocker for anxiety.....but reading alot of your stories I haven't really noticed anyon else taking it for anxiety.......any of you out there?
Doctors sometimes prescribe beta blockers for anxiety, but there are also many more out there to specifically address anxiety in my opinion. I would go back and talk with my doctor about all of your options, however, he/she may have a reason for putting you on this for your anxiety. Another important step is to seek counseling to get to the root cause of your anxiety. In my experience, the knowledge gained can really help you confront and deal with it.
Go bk to ur doctor and ask to be put on an anti depressant it make take timeto fndthe right one for u but when u do it works and u feel great. hope this helps jessica x
