As we don't know where you are, impossible to give a specific answer.

Ideas: call your local public library.  They should have list of places.

Do a  search on computer with terms like: mental health, psychiatrist, and name of your town....

Hello there --

   I am terribly sorry that you're having to cope with anxiety. I have had it ever since childhood. It sounds as though you need a physician to put you on meds for your disorder. I live in the state of Washington, so obviously I can't offer you any suggestions about a doctor. You could go to the local ER and they may be able to help you out. Either that or you are going to have to make phone calls, until you locate someone that would be willing to treat you. Whatever happens, I hope you will keep in touch here at medhelp!
