Thank you for your support. I remember going to hospital two months ago with stomach pains and feeling of dizziness.... which turned out to be h pylori. I was scared to death that is had cancer and that they were going to tell me was going to die, or I was going to die.  Before I ended up unwell, I was juggling a business,  two children, uni, working part time and trying to run a household, I also lost miscarried in december, I think I just hit rock bottom,  I do feel ok but everyone keeps telling me it's anxiety not an illness or disease causing this.... I still have this underlying fear that they will eventually find something or in going to die. My two daughters sleep in my bed and my partner sleeps in their room because I want to spend every moment with them. I'm just scared its the doctors easy way out, I've never been an anxious or depressed person so why does everyone think that all these things are from anxiety. I've never worried till I ended up in hospital.....

Anxiety can come on very fast. You did have a health scare and you are dealing with a great deal of stress. Please tell your partner to do some research on anxiety because it not something you "just get over". There's a reason why it happens.
All of your tests are coming out perfect so I would say what you're going through is possible anxiety. I would recommend starting with counseling. Find a Dr that does CBT. It's one of the best kinds of therapy. I'm not saying you should jump right to taking meds but your Dr may recommend doing so in the beginning of therapy to help with your anxiety.
We're here to listen and help anyway we can.

thanks everyone i sat at the hospital last night for 6hours to see a eye specialist, my eyes are all clear he put dye in to dilute my pupils and checked my overall health and vision of my eyes, he said there is nothing wrong with m6 eyes infact they are in exc health and that anxiety is mostly causing the eyes to burn and the floaters.

Floaters in your eyes are not uncommon. Best to get an eye test to determine what's causing them.~You must consult a Doc. that you have some rapport with,if you don't have that with your current Doc. Then find one that you can relate to. Good Luck, George

ive had an eye exam, my eyes a in perfect health. ive had every test bar an mri but my dr sees no need as my antibodies, white and red blood cells are normal and my inflammatory markers are normal.  really doing my head, 2months ago i was a normal 26year old mum of two trying to finish my degree and run a business, im always fit, healthy and never had a single health problem, i am a strong person who never lets anything get to me so why do i seem to be suffering anxiety over a health scare that turned out to be gastritis with h pylori, now the head and eye pains, i cant go anywhere without freaking myself put that im gunna get dizzy and pass out or get into trouble while my two girls are out with me or the car. i dont have a lot of support my sister just moved away and my partner works long hours, my mum and nana try to help out as much as they can but they both have illnesses. i feel really alone, my partner said if its all anxiety then its in my head so just get over it and it will go away. ive tried and its not, feel extremely lost and stuck in a horribel cycle.

Anxiety comes with a very long list of possible symptoms. Your Dr may be right about it being anxiety. Has everything else been ruled out? Have you had any testing? Have you had an eye exam?
