Hi, I used to have what you have on a highly unstable level. The floating. The fears both rational and irrational. I kept having theories that couldn't possibly be right. Like I was on drugs. Some kinda craziness. But what you gotta do is grasp something that is real and important to you. For me, interest and willingness to live, gave me what I needed... after six months or so to quell the frequency of anxiety attacks. And I didn't fully recover for over a year. Even now I sometimes feel the trauma. Even now I'm terrified by that kind of weakness

When I had my first panic attacks and anxiety three years ago, I always felt dizzy and like my vision was blurred.  I constantly scanned my body for what was wrong and would focus in on that sensation depending on what it was.  I tend to manifest my worries around my heart, but vision does narrow when your senses are peaked.  Actually, as I am sitting here now, I feel my vision is blurry; I also have to realize though, that I have not been getting much sleep and coupled with anxiety takes a toll on my body.  I realize that seemingly normal bodily sensations could be catastrophicsized in my mind, which I am doing presently.  It's a hard road to have to 'ignore' or recognize that these feelings are not life threatening and that it will pass in time.
