Yeah edgy if i think about derealization or panic sometimes i can then to have it. but sometimes ( the scariest of times ) its just there haunting and daunting..... :/ and thx stricker..... i have been trying to excersise. hopefully i get bettter at it and it does began making me feel better. :)
hello, i am 20 and i know how you feel..
in days when i go to bed early i can sleep for about 14hrs and wake up eat and go back to bed...in days when i fall asleep late like around 4am i wake up at 8am full with energy..
working out has helped me out..at the beginning it was a hassle going to the gym etc but overtime my body has allowed me to have more energy to carry out my day...try working out :)

I am beginning to realize that derealization is part of our obsession. I can make my surroundings look unreal. Then again sometimes its just there no matter what I think
I know i hate that too. its frusterating. even looking at my fiance talk freaks me out. so is the derealization why i am tired ? it just always feels like i need to close my eyes ? its frusterating ..... ehhhh
I wish I could sleep 10 hours. When anxiety hits I am like the eveready bunny, STILL GOING!
I use to sleep alot because of the derealization. I hate looking at familiar things when they look foreign.
