Hi there and welcome. The truth is that it is human nature to have good and bad days. We all do. That is the up and down, eb and flow to life. A realistic goal is to have fewer bad days. On the bad days, I agree to do the things that bring you comfort and some peace. Exercise to release stress. Journal what is going on with the bad day to see if there are triggers you can work on. And remember that it is temporary and good days will return. peace and luck to you

It can be very upsetting when our good day slips through our fingers and the anxiety runs free. Try to get yourself back to the "good" day mood, doing something for yourself, take a walk, listen to music, try to bring it back :)
