burst of doom
I was on my way home tonight when I felt a sudden feeling of doom like something was going to ho wrong. It made my whole body heavy and made it hard to breathe I felt like I was caged in and it really made me scared now I have a history of anxiety but I haven't felt anything the way I felt it tonight it came quickly and went away quickly. I hate the feeling it Caused I felt like I was going to die and not be able to get help or something. Does this sound like anxiety? I currently takemeds for anxiety I take hydroxyzine 50mg. What are symptoms of being anxious? I'm just really scared abd need help. I was in the ER the other day and he listened to my lungs qnd everything and said they seemed fine.
