Yes Buspar can lower your blood pressure. It causes your veins & arteries to open up so your heart in turn doesn't have to beat as hard & your BP can drop. I have the same prob. I've always had lower BP but with the Buspar its dropping way lower & I am getting very dizzy & having trouble concentrating.

I started taking Buspar a few months ago and noticed that when I take it I get lightheaded, so I took my bp and noticed that it's low.  Prior to Buspar my blood pressure (due to anxiety) was high.  Buspar also works for me as I can't take SSRI's either so I continue to take it.  It seems the lesser of the evils.
