can u prevent this ?

Yesturday I had areally good day and went out with dad and to psychology but today is hellish I have prickly feelings in my arms and legs my head feels weird I'm quite weak and I just wana sit down all the time I'm tired n I dno why all these things keep happening !

Yea as hard as it seems, you need to take your mind off of it. But it's still possible to feel like that subconciously whether or not your worrying about something or not, it always seems to come back and kick you in the butt.

hmm propanolol, i remember the doc had given me that but i discontinued that one as well because my heart pulse was 60 or below, and it was making me really dizzy. But anyways i think its just anxiety kicking in. It happens to me as well, i can be good one day, and bad the next, it doesn't make sense, but the more you think about, hmm.. how am i feeling today? always seems to mess me up, becaus eeverytime i wake up in the morning thats what comes up to my mind. Hope you get better!

Nothingx wason propanolol but itdidnt help so I stoppedit andtold the doctor
