I agree that seeing an ENT would be the best thing for you. I am not sure if you have problems with your jaw as well but TMJ sometimes causes some of the symptoms you are describing.

An ENT would be better qualified at making that diagnosis.

It's possible you may be experiencing tinnitus, which is noise originating in the ear rather than in the environment. I would suggest you see an EENT for a check up, especially since you're also having pain, which is not normally associated with tinnitus.
