cold tingling

does anybody else have cold tingling in their fingers with anxiety. It doesnt hurt but their is a noticable difference in the temperature on certain parts of my fingers and hands. I also sometimes get this feeing in my legs, my lower back. and certain parts of my head. It sort of pulsates. but it doesnt hurt and its cold. Im terrified its some neurological disorder. because its different parts of my body. please tell me their is nothing wrong. It comes when im not anxious. Just out of nowhere.

yes i have all that its like something is going through youaint it,i went to the docs about mine and she said it is prob muscle damage when i tense when i am anxious,hope this helps
