confusion with anxiety

Well, I was reading something online, and I suddenly became confused. The thing I was reading seemed  like I couldn't understand it, and that it was just a vertigo in my mind. It went away after a couple seconds. Is this normal with anxiety?

Well, there ya go!  That is a perfect example as to why google is the devil for anxious people.  Unless you're searching for techniques to manage your anxiety, I would encourage you to steer clear of the internet all together.

Yes, I was pretty anxious I should say. And of course I was sitting there and searching up my other anxiety symptoms.

That can be a sign of anxiety, yes.  Were you feeling anxious at the time?  What were you reading online?
