At the onset of a panic attack you really do need to just let it run it's course. The more you try to fight it, the stronger it gets. It's like swimming against the current when the tide is pulling you out. Inevitably you will drown, but if you calm down, swim sideways along the current, eventually you'll reach shore to a safe place. You have to learn how to do this wherever you are, otherwise, you start to live your life in ways to accomodate your problem (in this case panic attacks), and as a result, your life becomes narrower and narrower until you're unable to leave the house or function.
This is how I feel when I leave my house sometime and get in the store or a building. I just want my life back
Hey I know what you I experienced all this feelings and emotions with anxiety and panic attacks however it sounds more lime anxiety. Have you talked to your doc about it?
It sounds like these could quite possibly be signs of a panic attack. That fight or flight feeling is the biggest clue. You do feel like you need to get out of here or at least escape the feeling. Find a good doctor and get a real diagnosis and some help with your feelings. Good luck.
