I try to calm myself down if it gets really bad through breathing techniques etc.. I have medicine I can take but sometimes for me the idea of having medicine that I can take rather than taking it helps.
I have gone through the same feeling exp when having a panic attack. I also have felt cold and hot too
I have the same symptoms. I don't think it is easy to get used to the symptoms of anxiety. I try to calm myself down by telling myself that it is only anxiety, but the attack is very powerful.
