Yeah I have the exact same symptoms along with a little dizziness and lightheadedness, or i guess we may say that we all have brain fog, I hate having this anxiety stuff. if that is what it is... HA
well my results all came back totally fine and normal, so had some more bloods done as i think they r trying to rule everything out .
I have my fingers and toes crossed for you.
Try to talk to yourself (in your mind of course)....reassure yourself that NOTHING is physically wrong...and when you get the results back to prove that....you will be able to breathe a HUGE sigh of relief.
Be sure to update us.
fingers crossed n thanx for messaging :)
Of COURSE it is worrying.
I'd be willing to bet everything medically will turn out fine....and that is GREAT!
Hang in there...I'm so very glad you are seeing your doc and addressing this.
Better days are ahead of you!
nope im going to see the doctor tomorrow ive had a few blood tests done but have came back ok...got some more results to pick up tomorrow aswel...i just want answers as to why im feeling so odd and as if im going to drop down dead...its the not knowing thats worrying me lol
Sometimes anxiety comes as a surprise to us, and doesn't always make a lot of sense.
Most important thing you can do is just embrace it, learn about it and look towards to future.
I can't remember if you are taking any medications, or have entered therapy, but if you haven't yet started to explore your options....then please do so.
You'll be surprised at hoe many things change for the better once you address the anxiety.
Good luck!
yeah thanx its good to know im not the only one i keep fearing im going to go blind, thing is docs say i have anxiety but i aint worried or bothered about ne thing so i dont know what the cause is, i just want to feel normal again.
YES YES YES YES!!!!!
VERY typical with anxiety. Actually, LOL...the first time, as an adult..that I had a very severe panic attack...I went to umpteen eye doctors INSISTING that there was something wrong with my eyes/vision.
MANY times what it actually ends up being, rather than a specific eye "symptom" per se....is "de-realization" that is common with anxiety/panic/depression.
It is basically, when everything "looks funny", as if it isn't "real". You feel like you want to smack your head around a bit no? (don't do that, by the way, it doesn't help, lol) Some people describe it as being like you are watching a movie rather than seeing thru your own eyes.
I have been there, done that...and as the anxiety is being treated and improved, it DOES go away. It takes a little bit of time, though.
Hope that helps.
