Fear of going crazy is not uncommon when you are anxious/depressed. Seek professional help. Don't be afraid of taking prescribed meds. You may not even need them. Other therapies are available sometimes. Don't delay getting that help. No one on here can give a prescription/diagnosis. Plenty of support & encouragement if you want it. Medication will help you, along with therapy.  You need to address why you have this fear and therapy will help you do this.  Once you can overcome the fear, your anxiety will improve immensely.  But therapy takes time and medication will help until you sort thru all of this. Best wishes.
