getting off of Zoloft & Wellbutrin

Hi,
I have been on 2 different medications for about 1.5 years- before that I was on a variety of other medications for about 5 years.  I have experienced all of the side effects, most significantly: weight gain & loss of climax sexual dysfunction.  I have tried lessening the medications before, but with terrible with-drawl symptoms- short tempered, anxious, panic- heart rate increase etc.  I wonder what to do next- I can't stay on medication forever- I have heard of vitamins and different deficiencies that can lead to panic / anxiety disorder.
I don't eat meat, I may be missing some main nutrients- but are these probable causes/ solution for Panic disorder?  I am searching for something to assist me next time I try to get off of these pills- a doctor I had once told me that she gave one-or two weeks of Prozac to assist with the side effects from getting off of medications- something about a long half-life?  Help!

Not eating meat would not cause you to have anxiety issues. And as long as you are getting a high quality protein from another source, and eating a well balanced diet, you should not have any vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
You found out the hard way that you should not mess with your dosage of medication without the guidance of your doctor, so I'll spare you that little lecture.
You say you are searching for something to help you get off pills the next time. It's not "something" you should be searching for, it's "SOMEONE." Preferrably a good doctor or therapist well versed in the w/d of benzos and/or ADs. Please don't try doing this on your own again. Be safe, take care of yourself..........seek out professioanl help to get off the meds!
