Goosebumps are a reaction to cold, strong emotions, sexual arousal, deep feelings when watching a movie or reading a good book ... A life without them is a life without feeling, so enjoy them.
I get goosebumps two ways; if I am really cold or really nervous. In my opinion, it is a normal reaction to panic. Quite often, one symptom can lead to another and our minds can get carried away and we get panic attacks. Have you ever considered talking to a counselor about your anxiety if you have access to one? I always try to stress to people to try to gain the long term knowledge to understand and confront panic and anxiety...keep us posted!
I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks. Very often physical things will set me off and then there is no stopping it. I can totally relate. I have had numbness in my arm and thought it was a stroke, chest pains and though it was a heart attack, both of which sent me to the emergency room. I turned out to be my anxiety. Hope you feel better.
