You're right. I don't stay in bed. The best thing is to get moving. I'm glad that the sun is up earlier now so I can get out and do my morning walk, but not until it's light out there! Your suggestion is certainly not silly. Perhaps some indoor exercise would do the trick and then I'd be able to try sleeping again. Anything is worth trying. Thanks for your input.
You ever try a burn out? Take anxiety like a build up. Instead of staying in bed, get up and do a few exercises. To try and burn the build out away. Then try going back to sleep. Just another suggestion. May seem silly. But we never know until we try things if they work or don't.
Thanks so much for your comment. I have talked with my internist and she is baffled, too. I didn't realize there was a Complementary Medicine forum here, but going there sounds like a good suggestion. I appreciate your help.
Peace to you.
I'm afraid there is no simple answer to your question. I would suggest you see your doctor to determine why this is happening and let him/her be the one to determine what you can do to overcome it.
You could first check out the Complimentary Medicine Forum and see if the good folks over there may have some ideas of what's going on and possibly some natural remedies you could try,
I wish you the best
Peace
