Hi Daniellexxx, I am not a doctor, but it does sound like anxiety. I have had it off and on all my life and my daughter really suffers with it. The" heavy headedness" u describe is probably from breathing in and out so much/fast you started to hyperventilate. Breath in and out of a paper bag for a few minutes and it will help get your breathing balanced. My daughter is afraid she will pass out from not breathing correctly and I tell her thats probably the best thing that could happen as her body would take over and breath normal and balance her breathing out. Also my daughter's anxiety is ALWAYS worse when she goes to bed! Thats when she lays there and worries about everything. Lol. I kno its scary, but you dont die from anxiety. Hope this helps a little and dont forget about the paper bag.
I know what u mean believe me lol! I hate anxiety with a passion but I can honestly say its not got the better of me at last it's took me over a year x
hey dizzeedavid,
i've had it since i was 8 i think i'm 16 now and i really havn't had much of a life, i just wish it would just be all over with so i could be a normal teenage girl:( and the pain is back but i've got flu so, could be why lol x
Hey that's good that the pains gone? How long have u had anxiety for? I'm from York also :-) x
the back pains have gone, still struggle breathing its mainly on a night when i'm in bed.
Don't "assume" anything is anxiety, see your doctor regarding this and go from there.
