not all drugs are addictive. like anti depressants. they also help with anxiety but since you dont want meds, talk therapy will help you understand what's causing your anxiety and teach you how to handle it without going to the hospital. you can also try vitamins, changes in your diet, exersice, deep breathing and life style changes. good luck.
