I take ten mg of Lexapro and 1 mg of Klonopin every night. I am sometimes still tired throughtout the day, but fighting the fatigue is worth it for me. I am older and married so taking my meds by ten or so and going to bed by 11:00 isn't really a problem. I have tried Wellbutrin with this mix because the Klonopin wasn't working as well. I have been taking Klonopin for 3 or 4 years. I couldn't form a sentence in my mind after two weeks on Wellbutrin. I had tried it together for a shorter time before with good results. I had tried another antidepressant in the past that had an opposite effect on me.The medicine that my sister, sister-in-law, and father take made me feel like biting my fingers off and pulling my hair out. My point is that you can just never tell how your brain will react to a particular medicine. Make any changes carefully with your physician's blessing. If you aren't happy with your meds, talk to your doctor or look for a new one.
Namaste,
Without knowing your history it's hard to make an educated guess, but my gut says that you're over-medicated.
I can understand how you would feel like a zombie considering the cocktail you're on.
I feel that a change from the Lexapro would be a good first step, but I'd talk with my doctor about eliminating or reducing the dosages on some of your other medications, especially the Zyprexa.
