check out anxietycentre.com helped me a lot
As the other posters have said...you need to seek some help, preferably from a psychiatrist. There IS help out there and you are FAR from alone! There are MANY people suffering with anxiety, with the numbers growing daily. Sometimes anxiety treatment takes time, and a good deal of success stories involve trial and error with different meds, treatment approaches, therapy.
Start getting your life back and get yourself to a p-doc who can start you on the road to wellness. You don't have to sit back and suffer in silence.
We're here, please let us know how you're doing!

I am so sorry that you are going through such a hard time right now!!! Please know that you are not alone....Everyone on this fourm has been there one way or another.
Are you currently seeing a psychatrist? If not I would suggest that you consider seeing one. Together you can figure out a treatment plan for you and hopefully get to the bottom of what is causing your anxiety.
When I am having high anxiety I write in my journal. That seems to really help calm me down. You might want to try keeping a journal too. Also make sure you are eating right and getting enough sleep and exercise as well.
Sometimes Chakra Healing helps me as well. You can find sessions on the net. Make sure you are in a calm setting when you are listening to the sessions.
Feel free to PM me if you need too. I really hope that you start feeling better soon.
Firstly please know that you are not alone. You are one of millions of people that suffer anxiety. I have suffered on /off for 15 yrs. Have you been to see your GP? If not i strongly urge you do so immediately. THere are people there to help you so please dont suffer alone. I have many times felt lost and desperate and just not known what to do with myself. Self harming is common with anxiety sufferers. Its their way of letting out their frustration, their way of coping but you must understand that this is not solving your problem. Your Gp can help in so many ways . They can give you meds to help relieve the anxiety symptoms you are feeling. They can also put you into therapy. Talking to someone really does help to relieve some of the stress and pressure you are feeling in life. PLEASE visit you GP asap. Let me know how you get on.
