I wish my symtoms would disappear for a while each month!! :-)
Do you take birth contol pills?? If so, could they be making your cycle worse/?
I'm a guy so what do I know!!
Thanks! I'm some what edgy today. I suppose it could be that I'm home alone right now. It almost feels like I'm speeding. I did some yoga and some house work and I'm hoping that helped release some energy.
I am glad You are feeling better, it is wonderful to see that You are finally getting the happiness You deserve
Good idea about the journal. As females, we all go through the emotional rollercoster around our periods but PMDD is much much worse. Keep track of your symptoms and talk wth your doctor about it.
For me, my periods are totally out of wack. Doctor says its my anxiety. I go months without one and then have one for three weeks! Irritability, sadness, etc occur as well.
I'm glad your finally feeling better. I am looking forward to a day without anxiety as well.
